Harristown Develoment - The building is a unique 2300 square foot renovation of a typical mixed use row building located at 17 S. 3rd Street in downtown Harrisburg. It previously housed a bar on the First Floor and several sub standard apartments above. It now has retail space for an upscale type boutique on the First Floor. The second and third floor each have a two bedroom apartment which are part of the Harristown Development Corporation's International House (www.ihousehbg.org) Properties. These apartments have been designed with a goal of bringing students and interns from different countries and cultures to live and work together and to promote mutual tolerance and respect. |
